Irena Genesis Metal Fury is a brand new shoot'em up designed for the SEGA Genesis / Mega Drive which is inspired by classic games of the 90’s such as Thunder Force III / IV, Aero Blaster, Super Shinobi II and Contra Hard Corps. As our first release, Irena Genesis Metal Fury will be a high quality shoot'em up with a classic style that will appeal to fans of the genre, casual players and all those wishing to discover a new game on SEGA Genesis / Mega Drive.

We are happy and proud to announce that thanks to your participation the Kickstarter campaign was funded in less than 6 days! Since its launch, there are now more than 500 of you supporting Irena Genesis Metal Fury and the entire Wite Ninja Studio team would like to thanks all.

We hope that many of you will still be participating in order to ensure the success of this new shoot'em up for the SEGA Genesis / Mega Drive, because we want as many players as possible to enjoy the game in physical version with its multiple goodies.

This success will allow us to work even harder on Irena, and maybe one day make other retro video games for Genesis /MD or even other consoles.

Our main objective is to offer a quality shoot'em up on this legendary console, therefore, we have taken into consideration all your comments in order to make some adjustments and graphic improvements on the official demo.

We will publish an update very soon, hoping you will enjoy all the changes made in the demo.

*To all english speaking people, this news only concerns French residents, that's why it has not been translated. Next news will be in English only.*

Lors de la préparation de la campagne d’Irena Genesis Metal Fury, nous avons oublié de renseigner les frais de port à destination de la France (moins élevés que pour l'international) et vous avez été nombreux à nous le faire remarquer.

Puisqu’il n’est actuellement pas possible de modifier les récompenses déjà en place, nous avons pris l’initiative d’ajouter les récompenses « Metal Core FRANCE » et « Armored CORE FRANCE » avec des frais de livraison moins élevés uniquement disponibles pour la France. Ces récompenses sont donc exclusivement réservées aux résidents français et offrent exactement la même chose que les récompenses internationales. 

Nous invitons dès à présent tous les résidents français à modifier leur engagement afin de sélectionner la nouvelle récompense correspondant à leur choix initial.
